| life is never a bed of roses ... but never did i expect it to be so absurd ... with my results - i was offered Teknologi Tumbuhan (Plants Technology ?) in University Sabah Malaysia by the Government, a course i did not apply for ...
p/s : thanks to everyone who congratulated me (see below) ... though i only said thank you 3 months later !!
| got my results !! not too bad ... got straigh As ... , albeit one of the As is a A-, which will lower my NGP to around 3.95 ... just short of 4 flat ... pretty contented anyway
The subject that I miss out on A is biology ... teachers were pretty surprise ...and they told me to go check my paper ... not sure whether to do it though ... seems like too much of a hussle ... =P I think i've a decent chance of getting an A after checking ... since my 3 paper grades for biology are A, A-, A
although i would have been happier to get a NGP of 4.00, I really can't complaint much. Public examinations results are hard to predict ... could have done much worse ... if I hit bad luck ...
so ... next on my to-do list is to think about what course to study in university ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ...

| Back from Penang on 28 Dec and have been lazing around since then!!
For my second visit to Penang, I still rate it as a wonderful state to live in – for the culture, the food, the breath-taking sceneries – but not so much for the road-users: they are pretty reckless overall.
I was at HALO café while the pendulum stroke 12 times on New Year’s Eve – and surprisingly enough … I met plenty of friends there - well, rather surprising really as HALO café isn’t one of the most popular get-to-together spots in town. I paid RM 13.80 ++ for a pineapple milkshake (tasted like pineapple juice), which is rather expensive for a place like Muar … but well … who cares … it’s New Year’s Eve =)
There were 7 performers on that day – 3 of whom are my friends. Yi performed 3-4 songs which I think are all beautifully sung, while Raymond did some RAP and Dances … sending the audiences to a rupture of applause – well … what a talented group of friends I have =) However, I missed Ah Ping’s performance … I only went there at 11.00 p.m.
For year 2004: I hope that the world be in peace, my family and friends be in the pink of health, and for those who are getting their public examination results (including myself!!!!!) –excellent results!!
